Shipping & Returns

We ship our Performance Lab® products fast, anywhere in the world. We also make returns easy.

Shipping

All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day.

All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.

Please note: The expected delivery times below are as given to us by the shipping companies. All timings are estimates unless booked as a guaranteed delivery. Parcels can unfortunately be delayed for many reasons, please check your tracking number with the courier and allow 72 hours before contacting us.

Custom Charges

You are responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes payable on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you any customs charges you have incurred. We will however provide you with the documentation required by customs for your shipment.

Returns

Unused and unwanted items

If you've ordered something by mistake or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team here within 14 days of receiving your order.

They will give you the appropriate address, and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will issue you a refund, less our shipping costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

You're invited to put Performance Lab® to the test for a full 30 days. If you don't see results, we will gladly refund your money (minus any shipping costs).

This guarantee applies to your first order of Performance Lab®, up to a maximum of one container of each individual product. If you open more than one container of the same product you cannot claim a refund on the additional containers.

Before requesting a refund, you should take your supplement as directed on the label until the container is empty. Assess your results but please note that for best results, all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Our return system is very easy to use:

  • To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email cs (at) performancelab.com [ cs (at) performancelab.com ].
  • Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole container and assess your results
  • You must supply your full name, address and order number
  • You will be refunded minus the shipping costs

If you fail to comply with ANY of the above conditions, we will not be obliged to give you a refund.
